NO SMOKING Smoking is prohibited inside the home. You may smoke in the front of the home given ALL DOORS/WINDOWS ARE CLOSED! Smoking inside the home or any smoking smell observed in the home after a guest checkout will result in a smoking fee of $150 GUESTS Guests are only allowed visitors for the entire duration of the stay. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night. The number of guests on reservation are the only guests allowed to stay in the home. Violation of this rule can result in an additional fee of $100 per overnight guest. As a registered guest, investigate the entry way-keep your eyes peeled for a framed letter written by your hosts with the most just for our Dear Guests. Start your journey here to help unravel the mystery. PARTIES Parties, gatherings, and functions are allowed, however, the event MUST be disclosed FIRST and APPROVED by hosts. Discussion with host is required and if approved will be documented. PET FEE We are a dog friendly property so we welcome pets. Here are some basic rules: Please add your pets on reservation. Please do not let pet on furniture. Please let your pet out so as to avoid accidents. If there is an accident, please clean up immediately and also report so that thorough cleaning may occur. If you report to the property with a pet and did not disclose on the reservation, an additional $20 will be added to the initial pet fee. RESTRICTED AREA Guests are prohibited from using the backyard and subsequent sheds in the backyard. This space is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION and under no circumstances will guests be allowed to enter these areas. We look forward to offering this space in the future. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: An un-scheduled late check-out affects future guest reservations and housekeeping schedules. While we understand the desire of some guests to stay beyond our standard check-out time, please also understand that we need ample time to prepare our property for the next guests. In the event you need a late check out, please communicate with us and if anything may be accommodated we will be happy to discuss. In the event a guest stays beyond their original scheduled check-out time, we will be forced to charge a late check-out fee equivalent to one-night’s stay based on our current nightly rate. This fee will cover the re-scheduling of our housekeeping staff, and potential lost income from missed bookings. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter, and we truly appreciate your cooperation. BATHROOM Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper down the toilet- no feminine products or baby/facial wipes. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout and it is determined that a blockage occurred you will be charged $200 FAILURE TO NOT FOLLOW RULES: Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules. ENTERTAINMENT System: The home comes equipped with ION speakers that can be used for audio and has a microphone. If this merchandise is damaged or microphone lost you will be responsible for replacement up to $250 INTERNET: If internet is disconnected at any time during your stay without notification, we presume house rules on guest count is in violation - this also causes lock to unsync, causing unnecessary additional intervention and you will be charged an additional 15$ per guest per day fee at maximum guest capacity OR 100$ whichever is greater. 28+ BOOKED GUESTS: For guests with stays longer than 28 days, a short term rental agreement is signed prior to check in date, which contains additional terms and conditions that are considered an addendum to these house rules.

You may use the entire home. Please see house rules as there is a RESTRICTED AREA in the back of the home (Backyard)—covered pool and backyard sheds are UNDER CONSTRUCTION and NO GUEST should use this space. The area is not adequate for children and should not be entered under no circumstances. We look forward to providing these amenities in the future.
