• NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and within a 50-foot radius of the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors or lingering odors after checkout will result in a $150 cleaning fee. • PARTIES & EVENTS: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are NOT allowed at the property, inside or outside. • PETS: We warmly welcome pets! To ensure the comfort of all guests, please: – Add your pet(s) to your reservation when booking. – Do not allow pets on any furniture or beds. – Take your pet outside regularly to prevent accidents. – Clean up after your pet immediately and report any accidents to us so we can ensure a thorough cleaning. – A $20 fee will be added if you arrive with a pet not disclosed on your reservation. • INFANTS & CHILDREN: We are family friendly! Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome at the property. • QUIET HOURS: Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 6:00 AM (06:00). • VISITORS: Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 2 visitors are permitted during the day for the entire duration of your stay, and no visitors may stay overnight. Additional fees may apply if these guidelines are not followed. • BATHROOM CARE: Only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. Please do NOT flush feminine products, baby wipes, or facial wipes. If a plumber is required due to improper disposal, a $200 fee will be charged. • LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out without prior approval impacts future guests and housekeeping schedules. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance; if unapproved, a late check-out fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged. • GENERAL CARE: Please treat the home with respect. Use common sense during your stay, and reach out with any questions or uncertainties about the house rules. • LONG STAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, a short-term rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in, which will include additional terms and conditions.
